Two prenatal visits
After our initial meeting and consultation, once we decide to work together, we'll have two prenatal visits. You decide when you would like your visits to be. I recommend one visit by 30 weeks to discuss your birth preferences and the second visit around 34-36 weeks for labor prep and education.
Unlimited call and text communication throughout pregnancy and postpartum
Once we decide to work together, I am your resource and support. You can reach out to me anytime with questions or concerns. I'm here for you.

Resources

I have numerous resources available to you including evidence-based research, books, and podcasts that can help you navigate questions and decisions throughout your pregnancy. I can also recommend resources in the community such as lactation consultants, chiropractors, and postpartum doulas.
On call for labor starting at 37 weeks

I am on call 24/7 and am prepared to come to join you for labor from 37 weeks on and will provide complete labor support including the first couple hours of postpartum.
One postpartum visit within the second week following birth
​
Between 7-14 days postpartum, we’ll set up a visit so I can provide any help to you during the postpartum period. We can sit and talk about your birth experience or I can wash the dishes in the sink. Whatever you need!

As much as I love holding space and supporting a woman during her transition into motherhood, I love capturing the memory of it as well. If you are fully supported but want the lasting memory of your birth, I'm here for you. Your birth story deserves to be told and relived. My photography services include:
